Human Resources & Performance Manager

Elevate the employee experience as the People and Performance Director at Lagree West. This strategic and hands-on role focuses on building infrastructure for growth across the organization.
In this full-time, remote/hybrid position, you will shape the people strategy for Lagree West and Jaybird, two boutique fitness brands. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will establish best practices in talent acquisition and employee relations, fostering an exceptional workplace culture. This pivotal role allows you to directly impact workforce planning, compensation, and succession processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design organizational structure to support brand growth
- Evolve workforce planning strategies with leadership
- Manage compensation frameworks ensuring competitiveness
- Lead talent calibration and performance standards
- Create People + Performance roadmap aligned with business objectives
Requirements:
- 8+ years in progressive HR roles
- Experience in high-growth retail or fitness sectors
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Knowledge of Canadian and US employment laws
- Proven success in employer branding initiatives
Drive innovation in employee engagement and performance standards at Lagree West.
