Modern Technical Staffing Inc.
minimum of 15 years of experience in drawing all aspects of working drawings for concrete and wood frame multi-family residential projects. Should be highly experienced in performing contract admin duties and site visits
Should be experienced for site visits and construction administration
The candidate must be CAD and Revit proficient.
Be proficient with Ontario Building Code (mainly parts 3 and 9
High proficiency of MS Office including Word and Excel
Good communication skills with clients, consultants and officials
The candidate will be solely responsible for working drawings with minimum supervision

We are looking for someone senior to head our contract documents department
