Customer Service Representative (Hotel Responsibility) Location Edmonton, AB : SUMMARY Do you have exceptional customer service and communications skills? Do you enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment? Are you looking for a challenge? If you are then working at Century Resorts Alberta as our Customer Services Representative with Hotel responsibilities might be the perfect fit for you. We are looking for candidates who can keep up with the customer inquiries from the Hotel and Casino. Computer, basic math cash handling skills and working with programs such as ticketing, casino loyalty, lottery sales, hotel reservation systems and point of sale systems are a must in this role.
Shifts for this position may be scheduled between our hours of operation 7:00 am to 3:00 am.
In this role you would greet and welcome Century Casino guests with a friendly and professional demeanor at every opportunity. Be responsible to check in and out hotel guest. Process lottery, hotel, and merchandise cashier transactions. Sign up Casino patrons to enroll in the Winners' Zone and Winner's Edge programs and virtually communicates the advantages of both programs. Data entry of points where required, processing members' reports, minor maintenance on kiosks, etc. Within the casino, assists with the execution of marketing promotions, maintains daily counts of inventory, and upholds the highest commitment to customer service.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma required. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Any Alberta Gaming and Liquor Control registration requirements, complete the online Lotto Learn certification and Winners' Edge course. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills using proper English. Ability to read and interpret all types of documents in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all measure units, using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply customer service knowledge and experience in day-to-day work scenarios. Ability to recognize and solve customer matters.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
