Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing Specialist

Invoice payment processing and reconciliation
- P2P (Procure-to-Pay) creation and processing for both Quality Assurance and Supply Chain functions
- Provide backup coverage for production order release and basic production planning tasks
- Support Andon calls with a response time of 1 hour or less
- Complete and submit Daily QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) reporting
- Expedite orders as directed by supply chain lead
- Manage vendor certifications documentation and tracking
- Monitor late Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and provide resolution support
- Other tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Manager

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- APICS, SCMP, or other supply chain certification
- English fluency with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident to qualify for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) Canada.
