Support the Executive Housekeeper in the daily management of the housekeeping team.
Participate in the onboarding, training, and follow-up of staff.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Previous hotel experience in a supervisory housekeeping role.
Strong skills in staff management and organization (scheduling, supervision of rooms and common areas).
Knowledge of administrative tools (payroll, timesheets, reports, inventory).
Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
Bilingualism (French and English) required to serve an international clientele.
