Construction Supervisor (Full Time)

Marcon is seeking a Pre-Construction Coordinator to support the successful planning and mobilization of development projects across the Lower Mainland. This role plays a key part in coordinating drawings, schedules, documentation, and stakeholder inputs during the pre-construction phase to ensure projects transition smoothly from concept to construction start.
Working closely with the Director of Pre-Construction, Estimating, Development, Consultants, and Construction teams, you will contribute to structured planning, risk identification, and visual coordination that supports efficient and buildable project delivery.

We are committed to providing elevated experiences at every touch point between our people, our buildings, and our communities. Coordinate pre-construction documentation, including RFIs, drawing sets, consultant submissions, and review packages
Support the development and maintenance of concept and construction schedules
Assist with tender issuance, bid coordination, and preliminary analysis alongside the estimating team
Contribute to constructability reviews, value engineering discussions, and risk identification
Assist with site logistics planning and mobilization readiness activities
Maintain dashboards and tracking tools to provide visibility into project progress

3–5 years of experience in construction, pre-construction, or project coordination
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Familiarity with Smartsheets, Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, CM Builder, or ACAD Civil
- Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation
- Comfort managing multiple concurrent workstreams with only occasional direction
- Site experience considered an asset
