Are you passionate about building the roads that connect communities? Amrize Construction is seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our Road Construction Team in the Edmonton Area. As a Road Construction Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of constructing vital transportation arteries, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Join us in shaping the future of road infrastructure and be part of a team that's paving the way for progress.

Interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine form specifications.
Measure and cut materials, such as lumber and plywood, to construct forms according to project requirements.
Assemble and secure forms in place with nails, bolts, or screws, ensuring proper alignment.
Pour and spread concrete into forms, smoothing and finishing surfaces using hand tools.
Remove forms after concrete has set and clean and prepare them for reuse.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the construction site.….

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Required Work Experience: at least 1 year previous experience working as a form worker or carpenter in the construction industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and cutting materials.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
