Staffmax is helping our client hire multiple Banquet Servers for a 2-week event-based contract. If you enjoy working in hospitality and want to be part of special events, this short-term opportunity could be perfect for you.
Contract Length: 2 Weeks
Location: Calgary, AB Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event layouts
- Serve food and beverages to guests during events
- Clear plates, glassware, and utensils in an efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
- Assist with event breakdown and resetting for next functions
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Deliver exceptional service with a positive, professional attitude
Requirements:
- Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and varied shifts
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
