In this role, you will be the engine of the production floor, ensuring every bend meets rigorous precision standards. Competitive Pay: Starting wage of $25.00+ per hour based on experience.

Oversee and operate CNC Press Brakes to produce high-quality metal components.

• Technical Setups: Perform comprehensive machine setups, ensuring all parameters meet specific engineering requirements.
• Material Handling: Safely load raw materials and unload finished parts according to production schedules.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections using precision tools including calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
• Coordinate with the supervisor and production teams to troubleshoot challenges and optimize manufacturing processes.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC Press Brake or Machine Operation.

• Technical Skill: Advanced proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical schematics.
• Aptitude: Strong mechanical reasoning and the ability to perform complex setups independently.
