(Senior) Finance Adviser

Job Posting: Senior Advisor, Financial Reporting

• Free on-site parking
• Analyze and record complex transactions (mergers, acquisitions, and special transactions) across various business units.
• Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements (quarterly and annual) as well as the Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A).
• Monitor IFRS updates, draft accounting policies, and provide training to divisional finance teams on best practices.
• External Liaison: Collaborate closely with external auditors and contribute to the drafting of reports for the Board of Directors.

Full bilingualism (French and English, both oral and written) is required to support stakeholders across various regions.

"As the company conducts a significant portion of its business outside of Quebec, the incumbent will be required to communicate regularly with English-speaking stakeholders. Consequently, proficiency in English (both oral and written) is an essential requirement."
