As an Intermediate Mechanical Designer/Engineer, you will play a key role in the design team, supporting senior engineers and project managers. You’ll be responsible for preparing mechanical system drawings for renovations and new construction, conducting site inspections, and performing heating and cooling load calculations. Diploma in Mechanical/Building Systems Technology or a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5–8 years in building systems design within the consulting engineering industry
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Strong Revit MEP and BIM coordination experience
Valid driver’s license and a portfolio demonstrating Revit capabilities
Opportunity to work on diverse and technically challenging projects
Exposure to sustainable design practices including LEED and NetZero projects
