Were looking for a self-motivated superstar Pharmacist to join the amazing Pocketpills team on a 12-month contract .
Provide virtual consultation including minor ailment assessments and answer medication-related questions through various mediums efficiently and courteously
Conduct technical checks on medication orders in an efficient manner
Provide coaching and guidance to pharmacy team members to improve the pharmacy processes
Provide guidance to pharmacy students through shadowing opportunities direct coaching and timely constructive feedback to support their learning and professional growth.
Partner with pharmacy manager and operations management to review processes regularly to ensure optimal efficiency effectiveness and embrace continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and Provincial laws rules and regulations
Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
Licensed pharmacist (Part A) in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Quick to adapt to evolving technology and able to troubleshoot or navigate systems without letting it impact performance.
Flexible and responsive to changing priorities and business needs
The annual compensation for this full time position is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and alignment to the market.
Status: Full Time - 40 hours per week on a Contract basis
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00 pm (EST)
