Engineering Management Supervisor

Your role encompasses not only technical contributions but also the facilitation of significant cultural shifts within engineering teams. You will be responsible for implementing proven best practices and metrics that drive improvement in software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate and lead an engineering excellence culture across teams
- Use DORA metrics to drive software delivery enhancements
- Remain an active contributor through code reviews and prototyping
- Create and implement change strategies for large organizations
- Manage concurrent engineering excellence initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in software development
- Minimum 6 years in Java and/or Python
- Strong background in leading engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of DORA metrics
- Exceptional communicator capable of simplifying complex concepts
