We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. Under the general supervision of the Plant Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and supervising day-lo-day plant production operations. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing and assigning work to plant floor personnel, instructing, guiding, and assisting employees in the attainment of production and quality goals/standards, developing and mentoring team members, and driving safety performance results that meet and/or exceed company goal and targets. As well this position functions as a key learn member of the Production Department, working to develop operational strategies, policies, procedures, and the management of our human resources in the Production Department.

co-ordinate and schedule the acclivities of workers who process, package, test and grade food and beverage products Establish methods lo meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments

• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Including but not limited to: Direct Labor Hours, On-lime Delivery, Training Hours Conducted, errors per employee, employee productivity
• Prepare production reports
• Responsible for assisting with production problems, ensuring tools and equipment are available.
• Assist In hiring and training employees
• Conduct labor tracking or production orders and demonstrate accountability on productivity of the operators

High school diploma

• At least 1 year of related experience in industrial baking setting
• Strong time and recourse management, and planning skills
• Permanent, Full-time position
• $30.90 per hour for a minimum 30-hour workweek
• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours per week
