Your Role
As a Residential HVAC Service & Install Technician , you’ll take the lead on high-quality, client-focused service calls, installs and upgrades:
Complete service calls, equipment installations, renovation rough-ins, equipment retrofits, and preventative maintenance for our residential customers.
Read and interpret blueprints and scopes of work to execute projects efficiently.
Utilize company software and processes to complete work orders and tasks.
Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and communicate clearly with project managers.
Perform service calls and troubleshoot complex hvac problems.
Ensure compliance with Alberta codes and safety regulations.
Keep clean, timely records of materials and job progress.

Qualifications

• 3rd Year to Red Seal Journeyman Plumbing license
• 10+ years of HVAC experience (renovation or service)
• Valid driver’s license
• Gasfitter B Ticket & Red Seal Sheet Metal an asset
• Sales experience an asset
• Ability to take on-call rotation
• Your own tools
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot in real-world situations
