Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and prepare icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders; requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies; train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food; ensure that product quality meets established standards; inspect kitchen and food service areas; Languages: English
