Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate in our Hockey Departmen to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting and selling our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Process transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are stocked and displayed effectively.
Utilize technology to assist customers with inquiries about products, features, and benefits.
Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.
Stay informed about new products and promotions to provide customers with up-to-date information.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Familiarity with technology sales is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
