About the Role
We’re hiring a Human Resources Operations Manager to support a growing transportation and logistics organization with over 300 employees. This is a hands-on HR role where you’ll work closely with leadership while supporting a diverse workforce, including office staff, drivers, and warehouse teams.
What You’ll Do
Lead employee relations and handle workplace issues
Support managers and employees with HR guidance
Conduct investigations and ensure compliance
Manage HR systems (ADP Workforce Now)
Oversee benefits programs
Support HR reporting, budgeting, and vendor management
Be a visible HR presence across the business
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of HR experience in a leadership or senior role
Strong employee relations experience
Knowledge of Employment Standards
Experience working in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working with all levels (executives to frontline staff)
Experience with ADP or similar HRIS
Nice to Have
HR designation (or working toward it)
Payroll experience
Six Sigma White Belt
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 - $100,000 base salary + bonus
