• Primary responsibilities will be to design and detail OEM components for production to be used by our global customer base.

Design of customized mechanical parts and assemblies for the steel industry.
Generate parametric models, assemblies, detail drawings, and BOMs using Autodesk Inventor.
Participate in troubleshooting design, manufacturing, sales and quality challenges
Create and maintain quality control and manufacturing documentation
Make, maintain and review engineering changes
Contribute to the Engineering departments document maintenance and organization
Understand and follow the policies and procedures of the FABRIS Quality Management System
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
A minimum of 2 years related experience in mechanical design
Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or similar software
Experience with BOM, Visual ERP an asset
Ability to travel occasionally
