UX Design Researcher

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the UI/UX Lead , you’ll be creating intuitive, elegant user experiences across our ecosystem while collaborating with product teams to build solutions that delight users and improve operational outcomes.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align design with functional requirements.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistent design standards.
3+ years UX/UI design experience.
- A strong educational background in Computer Science is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths. Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise workflow design.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, product, and customer-facing team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; 75,000-$90,000 CAD per year
This role requires working onsite in our Dallas or Cambridge office two days per week .
