At our Cambridge Facility we fabricate and assemble components for heavy truck defense and off-road equipment companies. We feature fitting and welding metal forming saw cutting painting assembly department and manufacture everything from small components to large structures sheet metal to heavy plate.
As a Assembler the incumbent is responsible for providing support in various departments. Turns machines on tests solutions (may add water or soap) and logs into computer
Pushes racks 20 to ovens and place in ovens for drying (some racks dont need to be baked and take them directly to paint areas)
Grinder - use a variety of hand tools to grind buff and clean the surface of steel cabs and cab subcomponents (guards front end grills) for equipment used in the forestry and mining industry.
Use handheld wire wheel (5-9 lb) to smoothen surface by removing sharp edges and excessive burns
Ensure all parts meet customer specifications
Grinding equipment (Wire wheel vibrator and needle gun)
