Personal Training Sales Manager (Full-Time)

Golds Gym POCO is hiring a Full-Time Personal Training Sales Manager to lead and grow our Personal Training department. If youre energetic sales-driven and passionate about fitness leadership we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Schedule
- $4000$5000/month uncapped commissions
- Full-time (evenings & weekends required)
Key Responsibilities
Lead train and motivate a team of 410 Personal Trainers
Complete 10 member fitness assessments per week
Meet personal training sales targets and support overall club goals
Track personal and team performance (daily/weekly/monthly)
Collaborate with Fitness Director and Ownership on growth strategies
Support sales training objection handling and PT programming
Create PT programs (1-on-1 small group specialty)
Assist with monthly educational social media content
Educate members on club services and the Golds Gym BC App
Qualifications
- 35 years personal training sales experience in a high-volume gym
- Strong leadership communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated organized and client-focused
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 and club software systems
- Fluent in English (additional languages an asset)
Required Certifications
- Recognized Personal Training Certification (ACE NASM NSCA etc.) or Registered Kinesiologist (BCAK)
- Active registration with BCPRA BCAK CSEP or CFES
- Current CPR & Emergency First Aid Level A
- $2M liability insurance
- Must be residing in Canada long-term
