Maintenance Worker
Primaris REIT is currently hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Maintenance Worker to join our team at our McAllister Place in Saint John, New Brunswick. Vacancy Status: Replacement
As a Maintenance Worker, your primary responsibility is to perform day to day maintenance and customer service duties required to keep the property safe and presentable for customers, staff and tenants by;
Performing daily property inspections and promptly reporting repair needs
Conducting minor property repairs and maintenance tasks including but not limited to dry walling, painting, landscaping, basic plumbing & electrical
Collaborating with contractors, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in coordinating work with stakeholders
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who are customer service focused and have a can do attitude. Secondary School Diploma or equivalent required, college diploma an asset
- 1 year experience in a similar field

- CPR and First Aid certification an asset
