Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Agent with Swivel Mortgage Group, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the mortgage process smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders in the industry.
Assessing clients' financial situations and recommending suitable mortgage solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborating with lenders to secure competitive rates and favorable terms for clients.
Guiding clients through the application and approval process, ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, mortgage products, and regulations to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
Valid Mortgage Agent License in Ontario
Proven track record in mortgage sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of mortgage products, industry guidelines, and lending procedures.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
High level of integrity and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
