BYNK Media is looking for a Senior Producer, Content Production to lead the planning and execution of content shoots from pre-production through final delivery. This person will oversee timelines, budgets, crew, talent logistics, vendors, locations, and shoot-day execution across a range of content projects including brand campaigns, social content, editorial shoots, and integrated productions.
This role will also play an important leadership function within BYNK’s production team, helping strengthen internal workflows, mentor junior producers, and build operational structure as the team grows.
Lead end-to-end production of photo shoots, video shoots, and content capture projects
- Source and oversee crew, equipment, locations, stylists, HMU, set design, editors, and other production partners
- Partner closely with creative, strategy, social, influencer, and account teams to ensure content needs are properly scoped and executed
- Manage post-production timelines and handoff across editing, retouching, sound, color, and final asset delivery
- Maintain a high production standard across all BYNK content work
- Manage and lead a team of junior producers , providing direction, mentorship, and support across projects
- Audit existing BYNK production workflows and identify opportunities to improve structure, efficiency, and team performance
- Help structure team bandwidth and resourcing across active projects
- Identify when freelance or external production support is needed, and help source the right support during busy periods
5+ years of experience in content production, photo production, video production, or integrated campaign production
- Strong experience producing shoots for social, digital, and branded content
- Strong network of freelance crew, production partners, and vendors
- Ability to balance creative ambition with budget and operational realities
- Junior producers feel supported, guided, and better equipped to execute
- Content is delivered at a high standard and aligned with the brief
