Human Resources Specialist - Flexible hours

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day Human Resources activities.
This job posting is intended to fill a 16-month HR Generalist Contract in Well.ca’s Human Resources department.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
In Office Expectation: 1 day weekly or as requested by management
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Provide support and guidance to management on company policies, performance management, employee relations
Full cycle recruitment, including creating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting references checks, and issuing offer letters
Manage and monitor performance related issues
Help foster and maintain positive, inclusive and engaging employee experience
managing employee relations, attendance management, assisting with policy interpretation
Provide assistance and advice to employees regarding the interpretation and administration of HR policies and procedures
Assist in the administration of the annual performance review process
Flexible hours as required to support different shifts, must be available to occasionally support overnight team
Lead in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs
Assist HR team with all other duties as assigned
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or related
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
