Bayshore is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Casual Health Care Aides/Caregivers/Personal Support Workers to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our clients, while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events
Administer personal care services in accordance with the care plan directives
Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard
Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided while demonstrating current competency
promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the Supervisor or Office

HCA Directory Registration in Alberta
Negative TB Test from within the past 6 months
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector from within the past 6 months
Personal Care
Dementia Care
Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving as well as well as customer service
Able to communicate in spoken and written English; French proficiency will be deemed an asset
Provide high-quality care services to clients with current knowledge of practices for community care
driver's license and automobile
