Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

We are recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A within a large recognized company. The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A will be responsible for analyzing performance, developing optimization tools, and providing informed recommendations to support decision-making at the highest level.

Actively participate in the complete financial planning cycle (budgets, forecasts, scenario analysis).

• Develop, improve, and automate tools for monitoring financial and operational performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare clear and impactful presentations for senior management and the executive committee.
• Collaborate closely with business units to understand their issues, support their projects, and ensure consistency in financial forecasts.
• Professional accounting title (CPA) or equivalent training in finance/accounting
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong expertise in Excel and BI/ERP tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Analytical mindset and rigor, combined with a solution-oriented approach and continuous improvement.
