Salary: 23.1768 to 24.6876 per hour ((Subject to Employment Status may be paid at 8% in lieu of vacation and stat holidays as per CUPE collective agreement article 6.08 (a)))
The Health Information Management Clerk 1 is responsible maintaining the filing system and providing filing and retrieval services
High school graduation plus an additional program/course(s) of up to six months OR five (5) years of recent experience (within the last 8 years) as a 1001, shall be considered as equivalent.
Demonstrated proficiency verified by testing in:
Data Entry 4000 KSPH
Medical Terminology Spelling 75%
Medical Terminology Vocabulary 75%
The Health Information Management Clerk 1 is responsible for:
Sorting and filing documents
Reproduction of health records (scanning)
Performing general office duties
