Diverse Customer Base - Our customers come from various backgrounds and lifestyles. Interacting with a diverse customer adds an interesting and dynamic element to the job
Knowledge of Outdoor / Camping Lifestyle - Being immersed in the world of RV's allows you to gain knowledge about outdoor activities. This knowledge can be shared with customers, fostering a sense of camaraderie
Staying updated on trends and product advancements keeps the job interesting and provides new learning opportunities
Seeing the Joy of New Owners - Witnessing the joy and excitement of customers as they drive away with thier RV is a gratifying experience.
Understand and implement dealership sales process
Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to RV delivery)
Present and demonstrate inventory
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
To maximise potential, you must be willing to work weekends
Negotiate and close sales
Meeting monthly sales targets
Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
