Lift Operator Night Shift
$21.75 - $23.75 per hourRandstad
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Forklift Operator (crown reach: stand up truck) for the essential warehouse operations with the responsibility of training and mentoring our new forklift operators. If you're a experienced Crown Reach operator with a passion for safety, efficiency and helping others succeed, we encourage you to apply!
Training Schedule: The role requires a full-time commitment to the Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
After the initial training period, 2 choices for your schedule
Various shifts possible:
Afternoons: Monday to Friday 3 pm to 11 pm
Nights: Sunday to Thursday 11 pm to 7 am
Weekend-Nights (Fri-Sun, 7pm-7am)
Pay: $21.75/h + premium for afternoon and night shift.

- The forklift specialist is responsible to:
- Conduct comprehensive training for new forklift operators, focusing on safe and efficient operation of the Crown Reach truck
- Provide ongoing support, coaching and mentorship to new team members to ensure they meet operational standards and safety protocols
- Evaluate operator performance and provide constructive feedback
- Operate a Crown Reach forklift to move full skids, put away products, and manage inventory within the warehouse
- Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and system checks.
- Qualification for the perfect forklift specialist:
- 5 years experience operating a Crown Reach forklift.
- Previous experience with training forklift operators or similar mentorship.
