Project Leader / Construction Manager

Our Ideal Candidate
You are a seasoned Project Manager skilled at integrating seamlessly with clients. You have a successful track record of executing industrial construction projects with an emphasis on safety, quality, cost control, and schedule. In this role, you will deliver a variety of industrial projects, both domestic and international, while fostering a spirit of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. A Day in the Life

Implement Allnorth's values and vision to successfully deliver projects from concept through completion.
Lead the development of projects and programs while establishing quality objectives.
Build and manage multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risk registers, and project controls.
Liaise with clients, managers, employees, contractors, and vendors to define project requirements and expectations.
Manage tendering activities, contract negotiations, and contract administration.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Proactively resolve project performance, scope, cost, and schedule issues with clients.
Travel to client offices and project sites, including extended site assignments when required to support successful project delivery.
What You'll Bring to the Team

• Post-secondary education in Engineering.
• Registration as a P.Eng., or eligibility for registration, is considered an asset.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience in industrial, multidisciplinary environments.
• Experience planning projects involving large data sets and making data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• The ability to effectively balance multiple projects, priorities, and competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and CAD software is considered an asset.
• Previous experience delivering projects in an EPCM environment is considered an asset.
