You’ll actively engage with candidates in person, over the phone, and via video, building meaningful relationships that unlock potential and create lasting impact.
Attracting candidates and matching them to positions with client companies through in-person meetings, phone calls, and video interviews.
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships with both candidates and employers.
Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client, leveraging in-person, phone, and video formats.
1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role.

• Exceptional communication skills – written and oral, with experience engaging with candidates in person, over the phone, and via video.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Proven experience managing a high volume of candidates through various recruitment stages.
