As a Service Supervisor youll be responsible for ensuring safety compliance managing workflow and driving quality repairs. If youre a certified Heavy Equipment Technician with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service this is your chance to lead our front lines!
For this position the expected base salary range is between $110000 and $120000 annually. We also offer additional incentives such as an annual bonus and premium for certain shifts.
Lead and promote a healthy and safe work environment ensuring compliance with all safety standards and policies.
Facilitate pre-job mid-job and post-job reviews to ensure safety and quality at every stage.
Manage and measure technician productivity ensuring efficient allocation of manpower and resources.
Conduct performance conversations and provide regular feedback to help technicians grow and excel.
Maintain high standards with daily time and service reports cross-over reports and field-to-shop transfers.
Review inspection findings and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Monitor shop floor operations to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Engage with technicians to resolve technical and tooling issues promptly.
Track KPIs related to productivity safety and customer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate completion of timecards and service documentation.
Desire to lead and manage people.
Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification.
Knowledgeable in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and hazard assessment.
Permanent full-time role.
Continuous shift 7 x 7 schedule.
