Project Leader / Construction Manager

Lead long-term construction projects with Vallen’s Mobile Onsite team, applying operational execution and customer relationship management expertise. Travel may reach 50%.Reporting to the Director of Site Services, the Construction Project Manager leads project scopes, site personnel, and customer relationships. This position oversees internal Vallen resources, inventory, billing, reporting, and revenue performance. It supports alignment with customer and organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with construction, procurement, and safety contactsLead customer kick-offs, inventory updates, and performance reviewsManage hiring, training, and improvement for deployed personnelMaintain inventory levels, forecasts, and supply chain updatesEnsure accurate product and labour billing practicesRequirements:

High School Diploma requiredCollege or University Diploma preferredMicrosoft Office knowledge requiredFive to seven years of related experience preferredPrevious management experience requiredBring construction project leadership, inventory management, customer coordination, and operational execution experience to Vallen’s Mobile Onsite team.
