Consultant , Financial Services - Banking

We are expanding our financial services team and seeking entrepreneurial individuals who want to build their own client portfolio and income stream in the insurance and investment space. This is an independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried employment role.
This is not a back-office position. You will work directly with families, business owners, and individuals to help them understand protection, savings, and long-term wealth strategies.

What You Will Do

• Conduct client discovery meetings to understand financial goals
• Educate clients on insurance, investment, and protection strategies
• Assist with policy applications and investment account setups
• Participate in weekly training and development sessions
• Build and manage your own book of business over time
• Pursue optional leadership opportunities for those interested in growing a team

Compensation Structure
This is a 100% commission-based role.
There is no base salary. Income is earned through commissions and production-based bonuses. High performers are rewarded directly based on results.
