The eLearning Course Developer plays a crucial role in the creation and enhancement of educational and training eLearning courses for both internal and external purposes. The primary purpose of the role is to develop a variety of engaging learning artifacts including asynchronous eLearning training and education courses, instructional videos, and job aids. The Course Developer will provide direct support to the instructional designer to design and develop effective, engaging, and innovative learning experiences. Create high-quality training video content, including screen recordings, voiceovers, and video editing.

Develop job aids and how-to guides to support employee and customer training.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to understand learning objectives and course requirements.

Support quality assurance testing to identify and address any issues, feedback, etc. Assess, evaluate, and continuously update and improve eLearning courses, training videos, and guides to ensure all material continues to stay up to date.

Certificate or coursework in instructional design, educational technology, communication design, or a related field or 1+ years experience in eLearning course development.

Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Camtasia, with experience creating instructional videos and multimedia content.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid understanding of multimedia principles and learning technology standards (e.g., Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
