Reporting to the Vice President of Operations this role focuses on building and managing a high-performing A team aligning operations with organizational goals and driving service closely with executive leadership General Managers and key corporate functions the Director of Operations helps shape an attractive and competitive product for travelers. The role involves planning directing and coordinating operational activities; establishing and monitoring procedures and service standards; and ensuring optimal use of human material and financial resources within approved budgets.
