Examiner les études de marché et les tendances de consommation pour déterminer la demande, le chiffre d'affaires possible et l'incidence de la concurrence sur les ventes
Déterminer les produits et les services à vendre
Établir les prix et les politiques de crédit
Repérer, choisir et se procurer de la marchandise qui sera revendue
Élaborer et diriger des stratégies de commercialisation
Planifier des budgets et surveiller les revenus et les dépenses
Déterminer les besoins en personnel
Résoudre les problèmes qui peuvent survenir, y compris les demandes des clients, les plaintes et les ruptures d'approvisionnement
Recruter, embaucher et superviser le personnel et/ou des bénévoles
