Marketing Technology Coordinator

SmartSkin Technologies provides manufacturing optimization solutions globally to the food, beverage & pharmaceutical sectors. SmartSkin serves the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and all major beverage brands with its patented and award-winning Quantifeel sensor and software solutions. While most of our engineering and production activities are undertaken in New Brunswick, Canada, our global presence is increasing with team members located in major centers in North America and Europe.
We’re looking for an additional Marketing Manager to help execute SmartSkin’s demand generation strategy across the pharmaceutical, beverage, and food industries. This position is focused on bringing marketing initiatives to life in ways that drive qualified pipeline, strengthen SmartSkin’s positioning within target industries, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Working closely with the broader marketing team, the Marketing Manager leads the execution of integrated campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, content programs, webinars, and industry events. These efforts are designed to effectively engage target audiences, nurture prospects, and convert them into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
In addition, the role partners closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and pipeline development goals. This collaboration helps maximize customer engagement, support revenue generation, and create a seamless journey from prospect to customer.
Contribute to the execution of SmartSkin’s overall marketing and demand generation strategy.
Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
Manage campaign execution including testing, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to support campaign distribution across digital channels and marketing automation programs.
Translate campaign results and market insights into recommendations that improve marketing performance.
Account-Based Marketing
Support the execution of account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting high-value strategic accounts.
Collaborate with Sales and the marketing team to identify target accounts and develop engagement strategies.
Coordinate marketing activities designed to increase engagement within priority accounts and accelerate pipeline opportunities.
Coordinate the planning and execution of webinars that support demand generation initiatives.
Support the development of customer case studies demonstrating measurable operational improvements delivered by SmartSkin solutions.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team to manage webinar promotion, speaker coordination, content preparation, and case study publication.
Maximize SmartSkin’s impact at industry events by activating booth presence, leveraging sponsorship opportunities, and coordinating marketing and sales initiatives designed to generate engagement, meetings, and qualified pipeline.
Provide post-event reporting and performance analysis.
Content & Sales Enablement
Support the development and promotion of marketing content including blog articles, industry insights, webinars, and case studies.
Support the development of sales enablement materials such as presentations, product sheets, and marketing collateral that strengthen the sales process.
Performance Tracking & Collaboration
Monitor key marketing performance metrics including campaign engagement, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
Participate in regular meetings with Sales and Customer Success teams to review pipeline progress and marketing results.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of SmartSkin’s marketing programs, processes, and tools.
Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or technology environments
- Proven ability to execute international events, trade shows, webinars, customer case studies, and content programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring performance, optimizing campaigns, and translating data into actionable insights
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud platforms
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, webinars, content promotion, events)
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
