Compensation: $50,000 Base + Bonus Structure after 3 Months
Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
As a Logistics Coordinator , you will play a key role in keeping freight moving smoothly across North America. Previous 3PL logistics experience is an asset, allowing you to contribute effectively from day one; however, we are also willing to train the right candidate who is eager to build a career in the logistics industry.

Freight Quoting: Obtain quotes from carriers, evaluate pricing, communicate costs, and assist in negotiating competitive rates.
- Order Entry: Accurately enter orders into the system and coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure order details are correct.
- Identify and resolve issues with shipments or administrative processes, collaborating with the team to improve efficiency.
Education & Experience: Post-secondary education in a relevant field or at least 1 year of logistics/transportation experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems.
- Motivation & Attitude: Highly driven, proactive, and eager to grow a career in logistics.
