Are you passionate about helping commercial customers? Do you have experience with invoicing, order processing, and customer communication? We are looking for a detail-oriented invoicing clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to ensure a seamless experience.
Open and maintain customer files, enter orders, and oversee proposal approvals.
Obtain management approval for project invoices.
Support resolution of billing disputes as needed.
Previous experience in invoicing or order administration is a strong asset.
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is highly regarded.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
