Office Assistant - Sales and Reception

Are you an organized, friendly professional who enjoys being at the center of a busy office? We’re looking for a dependable Office Administrator to help keep daily operations running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for visitors, customers, and staff.
This role combines front desk reception, administrative coordination, point-of-sale support, and general office organization. Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
Process basic point-of-sale transactions and assist customers as needed.
Provide administrative support to operations and leadership teams.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
Assist with document organization, scheduling, and general office coordination.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
