Join our team as a Seasonal Garden Centre Merchandiser
This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for gardening, an eye for cohesive displays, and enjoy working in a dynamic and outdoor environment.
As a Seasonal Garden Centre Merchandiser, you will contribute to the beauty of our garden center, ensuring an inviting atmosphere that delights customers and showcases our seasonal products.
Arrange and showcase products in a customer-friendly manner.
Product Rotation and Maintenance:
Customer Engagement
~ Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries
Stocking and Inventory
Assist maintaining organized inventory levels.
Replenish products and ensure a well-stocked garden center.
Work collaboratively with store associates to achieve shared goals.
Communicate regularly with managers to provide updates on inventory and customer feedback
Passion for gardening and outdoor living.
Previous retail, merchandising or labour experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Enjoy working in an outdoor environment
A smartphone with data for team communication, training tools and to clock and out of shifts
This is a seasonal position a merchandisers MUST be available during peak gardening seasons from May to Mid June
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required
