A well-located clinic in Markham, ON is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join its growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for a physician interested in either a traditional compensation model or the flexibility of managing their own space with minimal overhead . Position: General Practitioner (Family Medicine)

Overview
A modern, well-supported clinic in Markham is seeking a General Practitioner to support continued growth. A new clinic location is scheduled to open in February 2026 and will be fully built-out and ready for use .
The clinic is open to either:
a clinic/practice takeover (monthly sublease negotiable depending on practice style and existing patient panel), or
a traditional fee-split arrangement.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
Manage a rostered/paneled practice with support to grow your panel over time
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within efficient clinic workflows
Collaborate with onsite support staff to optimize care delivery and continuity

• 4 exam rooms plus dedicated office space
• Full administrative support team, including reception and a physician assistant
