What You Will Be Doing:

• Tailoring Solutions : Enhance the retail experience in our stores, providing best in class service by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products
• Sales Delivery :Finding opportunities,anticipatingcustomer needs, and delivering on sales targets.
• Customer Engagement : Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales byacquiringnew customers, and drivingoverall customer retention
• Brand Promotion :RepresentingRogersand Fido brands in-store and at local community events.

WhatWe'reLooking For:

• Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication that drive positive outcomes and support team and business goals.
• Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customerfocused upselling, consistently contributing to overall store performance
• You can quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.
• You can provide minimum 32 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand andmaintainstrong performanceresults during peak times.
