As a Press Operator, you will be working in our Labels department, responsible for setting up and running a 3–8 colour rotary flexographic press (OMET, MarkAndy, Aquaflex, or Nilpeter) with UV and digital imaging capabilities. In this role, you’ll produce high-quality labels for our valued clients while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
This is an onsite role working a Monday–Friday, two-week rotational schedule across Day Shift (7:00 a.m. – Afternoon Shift (3:00 p.m. – and Night Shift (11:00 p.m. – Read and interpret production dockets to understand job requirements and set up the press according to order specifications
Mount flexographic plates on cylinders, install dies as needed, and load print cylinders on shafts and set assembly into modules
Operate the press at optimal speeds based on job complexity and quality standards for roll-to-roll, roll-to-fanfold, or roll-to-sheeter production
Troubleshoot print, ink, and registration issues to maintain quality and efficiency Other duties as assigned

Experience running shrink sleeves is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
