2026-03-20 Description Client Relationship Manager Build the future with us Join iA Financial Group as a Client Relationship Manager in Group Savings and Retirement, where you'll act as a strategic partner to plan sponsors, delivering expert guidance and fostering long-term client loyalty. This role blends relationship management, retirement plan expertise, and impactful communication to elevate the client experience and drive engagement. You will be a key member of the Group Savings and Retirement service team. What you’ll accomplish with us As a Client Relationship Manager , you’ll be at the core of our mission to deliver exceptional service and strategic guidance to our Group Savings and Retirement clients across Canada. Serve as a trusted strategist for clients, participating in meetings, annual reviews, and employee sessions.
Deliver comprehensive training on iA’s products, tools, and services to empower plan sponsors.
Maintain regular client outreach, proactively sharing updates on products, services, and legislative changes impacting retirement plans.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with our service standards.
Support business development efforts through finalist presentations and strategic service initiatives
Define, implement, and maintain service models and strategic initiatives to enhance client experience.
Stands out for their in-depth knowledge of retirement plans, strong technical skills, and experience in financial services or financial planning
Applies Lean principles (A3, Kaizen, DMS) to continuously improve service delivery and client experience
Learns new technologies quickly and uses digital tools effectively to enhance client interactions
Has an advanced level in French and English, as the role involves handling calls and emails in both languages and participating daily in meetings with French- and English-speaking clients and partners.The opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, supported by flexibility and access to inspiring and innovative workspaces;

The typical hiring range for this position is between $58 422 and $79 585 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
