Resident Building Manager

MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of the largest private third party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth orientated company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a Building Resident Manager for one of our properties in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This is a temporary position for maternity leave coverage, up to September 2026. $18-$19 per hour.

Check life safety systems, complete fire log book

Inspect boiler and electrical rooms and supply inventory

Complete snow logs in the winter season

Administrative Duties Daily

Co-ordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and contractors on approved P.O.s for approval by the Property Manager

Prepare and complete incoming and outgoing inspections
