Corporate Law Assistant

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Vancouver law firm, is seeking a Corporate Services Paralegal to join their team. Prepare annual resolutions for BC companies, federal corporations, and societies
Review and coordinate filings of annual reports and corporate records for extra-provincial corporations
Assist with day-to-day corporate transactions, including director and officer changes, share allotments and transfers, redemptions, and dividend declarations
Conduct due diligence reviews of basic corporate records
Maintain and update corporate records, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation
Respond to inquiries from lawyers, clients, and corporate registries
Provide additional corporate services support as required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Corporate Services Paralegal role
